Day 9 part 1: It had to be done - Blogging WHILE training

It had t be tride at some pt. I'm currentbtly on the treadmill trying to blog!! Tried yesterday but it dint work for some rwason. Hoping it will this time since it is v hard to get splling right. Damm.

    @fairweatherrunner - I nearly did fall off. The worst was when I was trying to take a photo of my watch to prove the time but I couldn't hold the iPhone / watch steady! I got some pretty funny looks from the January Gymners too!
